It is a different kind of opportunity in body work to really work with a client and bring awareness to what is happening in their body and life that perpetuates patterns of tension and pain. And it is such an honor to be able to offer the gift of meeting my clients where they are at in their life and providing the space to let things become what they are before they can change. Everything I find attractive in bodywork, I find in Ortho-Bionomy®. While I came to be introduced to Ortho-Bionomy® through massage therapy school and I identify myself as a bodyworker, I also work professionally in managed care services in the workers compensation industry. Over the past few years, as I've dedicated my studies to Ortho-Bionomy®, I've really learned where it can impact the process of injury care. My experience in this realm has made it crystal clear how powerful Ortho-Bionomy® can be for an injured person throughout the track of his or her recovery.  The awareness and education that is innate in every Ortho-Bionomy® session has the potential to make all the difference for those clients that just want to feel better and aren’t finding the resources to do so elsewhere.

In addition to injury care, I have a passion for working with athletes, mixed martial artists and dancers to assist in taking their training and craft to the next level. I focus on connecting the cranium and the core to work together in a manner that offers unmatched strength, stability and focus in these professional competitors.
